Your RAPT delivery can be sent directly to you or a gift recipient as we ship with no invoice or parcel info.

Getting your order out as quickly as possible is our absolute priority and we aim to have your order packed within 24hrs (Mon-Fri) and on the earliest courier we can with 2 pick ups per day.
Most orders leave the same day/next day (Mon-Fri) unless there is a delay or its pre-order. In the case of a delay we will generally drop you an email to let you know whats happening. If you want to check on stock availability or want to make sure an order goes out quickly just drop us a lin info@raptonline.co.nz.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and in some areas Saturday so all guidelines are given Mon-Fri.
Once your order is despatched our normal expected delivery timelines are as below. Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery window but generally our parcels are delivered within the below windows.
CANTERBURY: 24-48 HOURS
SOUTH ISLAND: 24-72 HOURS
NORTH ISLAND: 48-72 HOURS
RURAL DELIVERY CAN ADD 4-5 DAYS DEPENDENT ON YOUR RURAL DELIVERY
Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we reccommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment. Also bad weather can cause delays in shipping due to ferry crossings etc so whilst the above times are generally when parcels are delivered we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
COURIER INFO
We ship using all of the courier services and will use the most appropriate for your parcel at the time. Most of our parcels travel on NZ Post.
Once your order is ready for courier collection you will receive and email with the tracking info so you will be able to see your parcels movements and lodge an enquiry should it not arrive or take longer than expected. It is generally easiest if you deal with the courier company directly to track and locate a missing parcel but if you get stick you can reach out to use for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer International shipping to Australia only.
Tracked Mail to Australia is charged at $30 - we cannot ship large items without a quote so if your parcel is larger than an A4 or A3 courier bag we may contact you regarding the freight cost.
PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & DELAYS
Please note if you order an items that are on PRE ORDER there will be a delay on despatch and this may be as it is on it's way at a designated time or we need to order it for you specifically. As soon as the stock is received it will be despatched to you.
If an item/s you have ordered is out of stock we will refund your order or offer an alternative. If there is a delay your order will be held until the stock is ready and we will email you to notify this delay. If you are not happy to wait we will refund your order.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

CLAIM LIMITATION
Please note that if your parcel does not arrive we need to be asdvised within 30 days or the mising parcel will be your responsibility. Under New Zealand law, you have 30 days under the Contract and Commercial Law Act to make a claim for lost or damaged goods with the courier firms and we cannot be liable beyond this. Please make sure you keep a tab on your parcel and make sure it is delivered within a reasonable time.
