RETURNS INFO FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
Bought something and its not quite right, doesn't fit or you've just changed your mind? No worries at all, we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit to use on your next purchase.
We offer a FREE exchange on the 1st exchange (we pay the freight back to you), if you return for a second exchange, we will send you a link to charge the relevant courier cost. If you're not quite sure what you want to purchase instead we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods for you to use at a later date.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or poor fit etc but you can exchange or receive a credit note as above. As a small business we do not carry enough product depth to make refunds work sorry. Also as noted at the top of our sale categories, goods sold at 50% or more discount are not eligibile for any return (no exchange or credit) and are considered final sale.
TO MAKE A RETURN
- Email info@raptonline.co.nz & advise of the return & if you would like an exchange or store credit.
- Package your item/s with all original tags and packaging and pop a copy of your email in the parcel. (items received damaged or without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you)
- Post to RAPT, PO BOX 39, TANCRED ST, ASHBURTON 7740 (use a tracked shipping option as whilst it is in transit it is your responsibility)
- We will ship your 1st exchange FREE of charge ( further exchanges we will send a link to pay the freight via credit card) or email you advising your store credit is ready. Please allow a few days for delivery and processing of your return, especially at peak times.
- Store credits are very easy to use and will appear as a PAYMENT OPTION at the checkout when you are logged into the account your credit was issued to.
RETURNS POLICY INFO
- All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. With limited stock our lines change frequently so returns must be handled quickly. Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- The item/s must be in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Item/s returned without this will not be accepted.
- Shipping returns is at your cost however if you want to exchange for an alternative items we will ship that out at our cost on the 1st exchange. Subsequent exchanges freight charge will be at your cost. A maximum of 2 exchanges is allowed and beyond that we will issue a store credit. We recommend when sending returns that you freight on a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT
In the case you receive faulty or incorrect item/s please email info@raptonline.co.nz and we will discuss with you the best course of action to remedy the issue. We will honour our responsibilites under the Consumer Guarantees Act and this gives the option for items that are faulty to be Repaired or Replaced and if neither can take place then a Refund or alternate product may be offered. We will always work to remedy the issue to your satisfaction as we know how disappointing it can be when things go wrong and we want you to come back!
PRE ORDERS
Pre Orders are a confirmed sale and cannot be cancelled, nor are they refundable if you do not like the items you have ordered. Pre orders are subject to changing delivery dates and should there be a change of delivery date the order remains as a confirmed sale awaiting the goods to arrive. RAPT is committed to getting your goods to you as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee dates as we are reliant on the manufacturer and/or suppliers.
If you are not happy with your Pre-Ordered goods when received you simply follow the same retuens process as above for a Change of Mind and you can choose an exchange or credit note to suit.

We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between RAPT Ltd and the customer when a purchase is made.
