    Should I size up in a jacket?

    It depends on the style. Relaxed and oversized jackets usually fit true to size, while tailored blazers are best chosen by bust and shoulder measurements. Check the size guide or email us and we'll advise.

    What sizes do your plus size clothes come in?

    Size ranges vary by label: Betty Basics comes in sizes 8–22, Jellicoe in XS–4XL and many Curate by Trelise Cooper styles in XS–3XL. Each product page shows the sizes available and fit notes.

    Can you help me choose a size?

    Yes, we love helping! Check our sizing information, then email us your usual size and measurements, or message us on Instagram or Facebook, and our Ashburton team will give you our honest advice.

    Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?

    Yes. Eligible items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of delivery, unused with tags attached. Your first exchange is sent back to you free. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale.

    How much is shipping and how fast is it?

    Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping is $10 for urban and $14 for rural addresses. Australian orders are $30, or free over $350. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and most NZ deliveries arrive within 24–72 hours of despatch (rural can take an extra 4–5 days).
