How do the tealight houses work?
Pop a tealight candle (or an LED tealight) inside and the windows glow. Many are designed to be displayed together to build a little Christmas village.
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Order by midday on 18 December for the North Island, 21 December for the South Island and 7 December for Australia. Many parcels still arrive in time after these dates, but these are our best guide.
Can you gift wrap and send it straight to them?
Yes. Gift wrapping is free – choose the gift wrap option on the product page and add your message, and we'll handwrite it on a card. Add their address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them with no pricing inside.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping is $10 for urban and $14 for rural addresses. Australian orders are $30, or free over $350. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and most NZ deliveries arrive within 24–72 hours of despatch (rural can take an extra 4–5 days).
Can it be exchanged?
Eligible items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale. Christmas purchases made between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged until 15 January. See our refund policy.
