Items marked PRE ORDER are on their way to us from the supplier. Buy now and we'll send yours as soon as it arrives. The expected arrival is in each product description, but it's an estimate and can move if supplier or freight schedules change.

When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?
Please order by 18 December before midday for the North Island, 21 December before midday for the South Island, and 7 December before midday for Australia. Many parcels still arrive in time after these dates, but these are our best guide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping starts from $10 (urban) and $14 (rural). Australian orders are $30, or free over $350.
How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. After despatch, allow 24–48 hours in Canterbury, 24–72 hours for the rest of the South Island and 48–72 hours for the North Island. Rural delivery takes an extra 4–5 days. During the Christmas rush there can be delays, so order early.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, gift wrapping is free. Select the gift wrap option on the product page before adding to cart, and add a personal note. We'll handwrite it on a card for you.
Can I exchange a Christmas gift?
Yes. Eligible items bought between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged or swapped for store credit until 15 January. Items must be unused with tags and packaging. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale.
What does PRE ORDER mean?
The item is on its way to us from the supplier. You can buy it now and we'll send it when it arrives. A pre-order is a confirmed sale, so it can't be cancelled for a refund, but it can be exchanged or swapped for credit under our usual returns policy.
