We're called RAPT for one reason and one reason only... because when you or someone you love receives one of our RAPT Gifts they'll be just that.... RAPT! Your RAPT Gifts can be sent directly to you or a gift recipient.

SHIPPING INFO

All Nationwide Deliveries are charged at $8.00

Getting your Gifts and Homeware out quicky is our absolute priority and we have a courier collection twice daily at approx 10am & 3pm.


As soon as your order is placed it will be picked up and packed as soon as possible to ensure you get it as quickly as possible however you can also make a note if you have a special date you'd like your delivery to arrive on and we will hold the item and get as close to this as possible. (please note we will do our utmost to hit the specified date however it is very much in the hands of our couriers so we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates).

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday only (sadly we do not offer weekend delivery).

Here are our expected delivery timelines:

AUCKLAND & HAMILTON DELIVERIES: 12-24 HOURS
ALL OTHER NORTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 24 HOURS
SOUTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 48 HOURS

Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we recommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.

New Zealand orders are all sent using Fastway couriers and as soon as your order is shipped yo will receive an email notifying you it has been shipped and what the tracking number is so you can then log onto 
www.fastway.co.nz and check the status of your parcel.   Fastway couriers have a 'signatre required' system for security and to ensure you get your parcel, we cannot note 'no signature required' on parcels as it means if your parcel goes missing it would be at your risk and we want to ensure you get what you ordered in good order and as soon as possible.  If you are not going to be home to receive the parcel we recommend getting it delivered to your work place or to a residence where someone will be there to receive it. 


PLEASE NOTE: When you order from RAPT your order is sent without a packing slip, therefore if you are sending direct to someone special it is an idea to ensure you include a special message card or purchase a Greeting Card and we will write your personal message on it for you. That way your Special Gift will arrive just as if it was sent directly from you. We do note (if no message is included) who has sent the order on the Gift Address Label so if this is not wanted please just let us know.

 

RURAL DELIVERY

We happily deliver to rural addresses at no additional charge. Please note however that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive.

PO BOX DELIVERIES

Please note we do not offer a service delivering to PO Boxes.

CLICK & COLLECT

Combine the convenience of ordering online and the flexibility of picking it up at a time that suits you during the business day.   As long as the items you have ordered are in stock we will call you within 1-2 hours of you placing the order advising your order is ready to go and you can just drop into the store located on Garden Lane in the Botany Town Centre and pick it up.  Simply place your order and select 'Click & Collect' during the checkout process.  Please bring a copy of your order (which will be emailed to you immediately after you place it) when you come to collect it. 

Please note that orders paid by bank transfer can take 2 to 3 days to be processed by the bank, so may delay your order so we recommend a credit card payment for immediate collection.  


International Orders

We offer International shipping to Australia only.  International orders are shipped via New Zealand Post for Standard Mail (shipped at your own risk) or via Fastway for International Courier.  We recommend shipping via tracked mail however there is an additional cost to do this.  

Standard Mail: $35.00    Tracked Mail: $75.00


ADDITIONAL FEES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

 

PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & DELAYS

Please note if you order an items that shows the availability as 'AVAILABLE TO ORDER' there will be a delay on despatch and this may be as it is on it's way in or we need to order it for you specifically.  As soon as the stock is received it will be despatched to you.

Additionally RAPT offers Pre-Orders on some Gifts and Homeware and for popular lines we recommend you take advantage of any pre-sale which will then be despatched as soon as the stock is received.

If an items you have ordered is out of stock or delayed your order will be held until the stock is ready and we will email you to notify this delay.
