What's inside your gift boxes?
Each box is a curated set of keepsakes – such as ceramic tiki, teak and jute accessories, Côte Noire fragrance, Willow Tree figurines or Glasshouse – rather than a food hamper. The full contents are listed on each product page.
Do you do corporate and bulk gift boxes?
Yes. Our gift boxes are popular for clients, staff and events. For bulk or personalised orders, email info@raptonline.co.nz with your numbers and budget.
Can you send a gift box directly to the recipient?
Yes. Add their address at checkout and include a message – we'll handwrite it on a card and send it with no pricing inside.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping is $10 for urban and $14 for rural addresses. Australian orders are $30, or free over $350. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and most NZ deliveries arrive within 24–72 hours of despatch (rural can take an extra 4–5 days).
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
Order by midday on 18 December for the North Island, 21 December for the South Island and 7 December for Australia. Many parcels still arrive in time after these dates, but these are our best guide.
Can it be exchanged?
Eligible items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale. Christmas purchases made between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged until 15 January. See our refund policy.
