Bought something and its not quite right, doesn't fit or you've just changed your mind? No worries at all, we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit to use on your next purchase for all goods sold up to 49% off. Goods at 50% or more are considered final sale as outlined below.

We offer a FREE exchange on the 1st exchange (we pay the freight back to you), if you return for a second exchange, we will send you a link to charge the relevant courier cost. If your exchange is more than your original purchase we will send you a link to pay the difference.

If you're not quite sure what you want to purchase instead we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods for you to use at a later date. Please note in either scenario the freight cost to you is not part of the credit or exchange value and shipping it back is at your cost.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or poor fit etc but you can exchange or receive a credit note as above. As a small business we do not carry enough product depth to make refunds work sorry.

Also as noted at the top of our sale categories, goods sold at 50% or more discount are not eligibile for any return (no exchange or credit) and are considered final sale.

TO MAKE A RETURN

Email info@raptonline.co.nz & advise of the return & if you would like an exchange or store credit.
Package your item/s with all original tags and packaging and pop a copy of your email in the parcel. (items received damaged or without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you)
Post to RAPT, PO BOX 39, ASHBURTON 7740 (use a tracked shipping option as whilst it is in transit it is your responsibility)
We will ship your 1st exchange FREE of charge ( further exchanges we will send a link to pay the freight via credit card) or email you advising your store credit is ready. Please allow a few days for delivery and processing of your return, especially at peak times.
Store credits are very easy to use and will appear as a PAYMENT OPTION at the checkout when you are logged into the account your credit was issued to.

RETURNS POLICY INFO

All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. With limited stock our lines change frequently so returns must be handled quickly. Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
The item/s must be in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Item/s returned without this will not be accepted.
Shipping returns is at your cost however if you want to exchange for an alternative items we will ship that out at our cost on the 1st exchange. Subsequent exchanges freight charge will be at your cost. A maximum of 2 exchanges is allowed and beyond that we will issue a store credit. We recommend when sending returns that you freight on a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT

In the case you receive faulty or incorrect item/s please email info@raptonline.co.nz and we will discuss with you the best course of action to remedy the issue. We will honour our responsibilites under the Consumer Guarantees Act and this gives the option for items that are faulty to be Repaired or Replaced and if neither can take place then a Refund or alternate product may be offered. We will always work to remedy the issue to your satisfaction as we know how disappointing it can be when things go wrong and we want you to come back!

PRE ORDERS

Pre Orders are a confirmed sale and cannot be cancelled, nor are they refundable if you do not like the items you have ordered. Pre orders are subject to changing delivery dates and should there be a change of delivery date the order remains as a confirmed sale awaiting the goods to arrive. RAPT is committed to getting your goods to you as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee dates as we are reliant on the manufacturer and/or suppliers.

If you are not happy with your Pre-Ordered goods when received you simply follow the same retuens process as above for a Change of Mind and you can choose an exchange or credit note to suit.

We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between RAPT Ltd and the customer when a purchase is made.

Getting your order out as quickly as possible is our absolute priority and we aim to have your order packed within 24hrs (Mon-Fri) and on the earliest courier we can with 2 pick ups per day.

Most orders leave the same day/next day (Mon-Fri) unless there is a delay or its pre-order. In the case of a delay we will generally drop you an email to let you know whats happening. If you want to check on stock availability or want to make sure an order goes out quickly just drop us a lin info@raptonline.co.nz.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and in some areas Saturday so all guidelines are given Mon-Fri.

Once your order is despatched our normal expected delivery timelines are as below. Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery window but generally our parcels are delivered within the below windows.

CANTERBURY: 24-48 HOURS

SOUTH ISLAND: 24-72 HOURS

NORTH ISLAND: 48-72 HOURS

RURAL DELIVERY CAN ADD 4-5 DAYS DEPENDENT ON YOUR RURAL DELIVERY

Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we reccommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment. Also bad weather can cause delays in shipping due to ferry crossings etc so whilst the above times are generally when parcels are delivered we cannot guarantee a delivery time.

COURIER INFO

We ship using all of the courier services and will use the most appropriate for your parcel at the time. Most of our parcels travel on NZ Post.

Once your order is ready for courier collection you will receive and email with the tracking info so you will be able to see your parcels movements and lodge an enquiry should it not arrive or take longer than expected. It is generally easiest if you deal with the courier company directly to track and locate a missing parcel but if you get stick you can reach out to use for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer International shipping to Australia only.

Tracked Mail to Australia is charged at $30 - we cannot ship large items without a quote so if your parcel is larger than an A4 or A3 courier bag we may contact you regarding the freight cost.

PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & DELAYS

Please note if you order an items that are on PRE ORDER there will be a delay on despatch and this may be as it is on it's way at a designated time or we need to order it for you specifically. As soon as the stock is received it will be despatched to you.

If an item/s you have ordered is out of stock we will refund your order or offer an alternative. If there is a delay your order will be held until the stock is ready and we will email you to notify this delay. If you are not happy to wait we will refund your order.

CLAIM LIMITATION

Please note that if your parcel does not arrive we need to be asdvised within 30 days or the mising parcel will be your responsibility. Under New Zealand law, you have 30 days under the Contract and Commercial Law Act to make a claim for lost or damaged goods with the courier firms and we cannot be liable beyond this. Please make sure you keep a tab on your parcel and make sure it is delivered within a reasonable time.

“Barb in pic 1 wears a size M in this shirt and is generally a size 18, so this is a pretty generous fit — but it also depends how relaxed you like it. Generally in Jellicoe I’d wear a 2XL or 3XL and in this gorgeous shirt I grabbed the 3XL but could have easily sized down, there is plenty of space and it sits beautifully.

This is a stunning viscose fabric — so light and easy to wear, with good length at the front and a nice drop at the back to cover your bottom. The print is bold and beautiful and this can be styled so easily with capri pants, evening pants, skirts etc. This is one you can dress up or down very easily. It’s just lovely!”
