    Which candle or diffuser makes the best gift?

    Moss St candles in reusable vessels and Côte Noire floral diffusers are our most-gifted home fragrance. Gift sets and our luxury gift boxes come beautifully presented and ready to give.

    Do you stock Glasshouse candles?

    We stock selected Glasshouse fragrance, often as part of our curated gift boxes. Availability changes, so check this page for what's currently in stock.

    How do I get the best burn from my candle?

    On the first light, let the wax melt to the edges of the vessel to avoid tunnelling, trim the wick to about 5mm before each use, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

    Can you gift wrap and send it straight to them?

    Yes. Gift wrapping is free – choose the gift wrap option on the product page and add your message, and we'll handwrite it on a card. Add their address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them with no pricing inside.

    How much is shipping and how fast is it?

    Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping is $10 for urban and $14 for rural addresses. Australian orders are $30, or free over $350. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and most NZ deliveries arrive within 24–72 hours of despatch (rural can take an extra 4–5 days).

    Can it be exchanged?

    Eligible items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale. Christmas purchases made between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged until 15 January. See our refund policy.
