Can I exchange sale items?

Items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of delivery, unused with tags attached. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale, so check the size guide or email us before you buy.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes, we love helping! Check our sizing information, then email us your usual size and measurements, or message us on Instagram or Facebook, and our Ashburton team will give you our honest advice.

How much is shipping and how fast is it?

Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $160. Below that, NZ shipping is $10 for urban and $14 for rural addresses. Australian orders are $30, or free over $350. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and most NZ deliveries arrive within 24–72 hours of despatch (rural can take an extra 4–5 days).

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
