Do you stock plus-size clothing?
Yes. We specialise in fashion that fits and flatters every body. Brands like Betty Basics (sizes 8–22) and Jellicoe (XS–4XL) offer generous size ranges, and you'll find curve-friendly styles across many of our labels.
How do I find my size?
Check the size guide and fit notes on each product page, and our sizing information page for how to measure yourself. You're welcome to email us your measurements for advice.
Can I exchange something that doesn't fit?
Yes. Eligible items bought at up to 49% off can be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order, unused with tags attached. Your first exchange is sent back to you free. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind or fit.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on NZ orders over $160, and otherwise starts from $10. We pack orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. After despatch, allow 24–48 hours in Canterbury, 24–72 hours for the rest of the South Island and 48–72 hours for the North Island, plus 4–5 days for rural delivery.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Are the colours exactly as shown?
We work hard to show colours accurately, but screens and lighting can make them look slightly different. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll describe the colour in real life.
