ABOUT CHARLIE BEARS
Charlie Bears are affordable, collectable bears and characters designed by Charlie at The Bearhouse in Cornwall. Charlie also collaborates with other world-renowned bear artists to create different collections. All Charlie Bears are limited in production, and our special collections often have very low editions. Lovingly made by hand, each bear has their own unique characteristics and that is why only Charlie Bears are known as the bears with personalities.
Founded by Charlotte and William Morris in late 2005, Charlie Bears began its journey on 1st February 2006 with the launch of its first collection of just 12 bears. Today we have created over 2500 different designs and Charlie Bears are available to adopt from over 500 retail stores and online shops worldwide.

Getting your Gifts and Homeware out quickly is our absolute priority and we aim to have your order packed within 24hrs and on the earliest courier we can. Please note that peak trading times our ususal processing time can push out to 5 days due to volume so plan ahead an get your orders in nice and early.
Most orders leave the same day/next day that you ordered unless there is a delay or its pre-order. In the case of a delay we will generally drop you an email to let you know whats happening. If you want to check on stock availability or want to make sure an order goes out quickly just drop us a lin info@raptonline.co.nz.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and in some areas Saturday.

RURAL DELIVERY CAN ADD 4-5 DAYS DEPENDENT ON YOUR RURAL DELIVERY
Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we reccommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.
COURIER INFO
We ship using all of the courier services and will use the most appropriate for your parcel at the time. Most of our parcels travel on NZ Post.
Once your order is ready for courier collection you will receive and email with the tracking info so you will be able to see your parcels movements and lodge an enquiry should it not arrive or take longer than expected. It is generally easiest if you deal with the courier company directly to track and locate a missing parcel but if you get stick you can reach out to use for assistance.
LARGE ITEMS
Where you are ordering large items & furniture we have a standard $99 fee as a base rate but we may need to offer a quote if the item is much less or much more than that. If the quote is too high and you decide not to go ahead we will refund the order for you. We understand large freight fees can be prohibitive.
RURAL DELIVERY
We happily deliver to rural addresses for an additional $4. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 5 days extra to arrived outside our normal expected timing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer International shipping to Australia only.
Tracked Mail to Australia is charged at $33 - we cannot ship large items without a quote.
PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & DELAYS
Please note if you order an items that are on PRE ORDER there will be a delay on despatch and this may be as it is on it's way at a designated time or we need to order it for you specifically. As soon as the stock is received it will be despatched to you.
If an item/s you have ordered is out of stock we will refund your order or offer an alternative. If there is a delay your order will be held until the stock is ready and we will email you to notify this delay. If you are not happy to wait we will refund your order.

- Email info@raptonline.co.nz & advise of the return & if you would like an exchange or store credit.
- Package your item/s with all original tags and packaging and pop a copy of your email in the parcel. (items received damaged or without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you)
- Post to RAPT, 2 KENNEDY QUAY, HUNTINGDON, ASHBURTON 7774 (use a tracked shipping option as whilst it is in transit it is your responsibility)
- We will ship your 1st exchange FREE of charge ( further exchanges we will send a link to pay the freight via credit card) or email you advsiing your store credit is ready. Please allow a few days for delivery and processing of your return, especially at peak times.
- Store credits are very easy to use and will appear as a PAYMENT OPTION at the checkout when you are logged into the account your credit was issued to.
RETURNS POLICY INFO
- All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. With limited stock our lines change frequently so returns must be handled quickly. Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- The item/s must be in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Item/s returned without this will not be accepted.
- Shipping returns is at your cost however if you want to exchange for an alternative items we will ship that out at our cost on the 1st exchange. Subsequent exchanges freight charge will be at your cost. A maximum of 2 exchanges is allowed and beyond that we will issue a store credit. We recommend when sending returns that you freight on a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
PRE ORDERS
If you are not happy with your Pre-Ordered goods when received you simply follow the same retuens process as above for a Change of Mind and you can choose an exchange or credit note to suit.
