Getting your Gifts and Homeware out quickly is our absolute priority and we aim to have your order packed within 24hrs and on the earliest courier we can. Please note that peak trading times our ususal processing time can push out to 5 days due to volume so plan ahead an get your orders in nice and early.
Most orders leave the same day/next day that you ordered unless there is a delay or its pre-order. In the case of a delay we will generally drop you an email to let you know whats happening. If you want to check on stock availability or want to make sure an order goes out quickly its best to call the store on 09 2711350, we are open 7 days and the team will then be able to assist you and get your order sorted as soon as possible.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday and in some areas Saturday.
Once your order is despatched our normal expected delivery timelines:
AUCKLAND & HAMILTON DELIVERIES: 24-48 HOURS
ALL OTHER NORTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 24-72 HOURS
SOUTH ISLAND DELIVERIES: 48-96 HOURS
RURAL DELIVERY CAN ADD 4-5 DAYS DEPENDANT ON YOUR RURAL DELIVERY
Please remember over peak seasons there can be delays so we recommend getting your order in as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.
COURIER INFO
We ship using Go Sweetspot so it can be sent on NZ Couriers, NZ Post or Post Haste and we also use Aramex.
Once your order is ready for courier collection you will receive and email from Go Sweetspot with the trackign info so yoou will be able to see your parcels movements and lodge an enquiry should it not arrive or take longer than expected.
LARGE ITEMS
Where you are ordering large items & furniture we have a standard $199 fee but we may need to offer a quote if the item is much less or much more than that. If the quote is too high and you decide not to go ahead we will refund the order for you. We understand large freight fees can be prohibitive.
RURAL DELIVERY
We happily deliver to rural addresses for an additional $4. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 5 days extra to arrived outside our normal expected timing.
CLICK & COLLECT
Combine the convenience of ordering online and the flexibility of picking it up at a time that suits you during the day. As long as the items you have ordered are in stock we will notify you within approx 4-8 hours of you placing the order advising your order is ready to go and you can just drop into the store located on Garden Lane in the Botany Town Centre and pick it up. Simply place your order and select 'LOCAL PICKUP'
When collecting please give your name & order number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer International shipping to Australia only. International orders are shipped via NZ Post and are sent at the purchasers risk.
PRE ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & DELAYS
Please note if you order an items that are on PRE ORDER there will be a delay on despatch and this may be as it is on it's way at a designated time or we need to order it for you specifically. As soon as the stock is received it will be despatched to you.
If an item/s you have ordered is out of stock we will refund your order or offer an alternative. If there is a delay your order will be held until the stock is ready and we will email you to notify this delay. If you are not happy to wait we will refund your order.

- Email the store on info@raptonline.co.nz & advise of the return & if you would like an exchange or store credit.
- Package your item/s with all original tags and packaging and pop a copy of your email in the parcel.
- Post to RAPT, 21 GARDEN LANE, BOTANY TOWN CENTRE, AKL 2013
- We will ship your exchange FREE of charge (for the first time - further exchanges we will call to pay the freight via credit card) or email you with your store credit code. Please allow a few days for delivery and processing of your return, especially at peak times. (your store credit is valid for 6 months).
- All returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item/s. With limited stock our lines change frequently so returns must be handled quickly. Anything received outside of 10 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- The item/s must be in original condition with all tags or packaging. Item/s returned without this will not be accepted.
- Shipping returns is at your cost however if you want to exchange for an alternative items we will ship that out at our cost. We recommend when sending returns that you freight on a tracked method of shipping as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- RAPT reserves the right to decline any exchange after 2 previous exchanges have taken place and may refuse any return of goods.
PRE ORDERS
If you are not happy with your Pre-Ordered goods when received you simply follow the same process as above for a Change of Mind and can choose and exchange or credit.
